Are there any limitations with the screen I propose to use?
No. Generally we support industry-standard LCD and LED displays. Let us know the make and model of the display, size and configuration so we can confirm our solution.
Do you handle installations?
Yes. We provide full-service installation, including project management, hardware integration, and coordination with contractors, architects, or designers. We also partner with trusted specialists for large-scale or technical builds.
Can you help with interactive content?
Yes. We have close relationships with content providers and can put you in touch with market-leading content houses who can support your project.
What is the delivery time for the products?
Typically there is a lead time of up to 30 days from initial payment, and then delivery times are around 5 days, subject to transit methods.
Can I add a touch system to a display that’s already running?
Yes, this is possible. Just confirm the make and model of the display and details of the installation setup. Any drawings are also helpful.
What hardware platforms can I run?
Most hardware is supported provided there is an active USB port. Operating environments include Windows, Android, Linux and macOS. Please contact us to confirm compatibility with your source hardware and any control system to be used.
What is the largest touch system available?
For LCD standalone displays we offer up to 110" diagonal in size, and for LED wall displays we can support up to 500" diagonally. However, this is subject to the flatness of the building wall and the number of touch points required.
Are there any training requirements to get the most out of my new touch display?
No, not usually. The touch engagement is very intuitive, like using a large mouse. However, should training or a solution overview be required, we’d be happy to discuss individual requirements.
Can you offer outdoor touch solutions?
Yes. We offer full outdoor and semi-outdoor touch displays designed to perform in any climate. Usually these are offered as self-contained enclosures with a built-in touch sensor.
